Shipping policy

Orders are processed in the order received. Processing times are estimates and may vary.

We do not guarantee same-day, next-day, or specific delivery dates unless expressly stated in writing.

Once an order is placed, it may not be changed or canceled.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of delay, loss, and transit interruption passes to the carrier, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for loss, delay, or misdelivery caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, we may charge reshipment costs before resending the order.

If we provide a shipping timeframe, we will use reasonable efforts to meet it. If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within 30 days when no time is stated, federal law may require us to obtain your consent to the delay or issue a refund for unshipped merchandise.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
